About Us

DAPCO Software Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1995 in Phoenix, Arizona. The company moved to Huntington Beach, California and is now serving customers primarily in the Orange County and Los Angeles County areas. We are an independent software consulting firm specializing in leading-edge Microsoft .NET business solutions.

The goals of the founder and president, David Partridge, are to bring software engineering principles and full-lifecycle methodologies to the development and production of computer software projects.

The software engineering principles can be found at the Software Engineering Institute - SEI and are embodied using the Capability Maturity Model - CMM Levels 1 through 5.

David Partridge, the President and Chief Financial Officer of DAPCO Software Engineering, Inc., has been in the IT field for over fifteen years. Mr. Partridge has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Science from Sacramento City College, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and is currently enrolled at the DeVry Keller Graduate School of Management pursuing a Masters Degree in Accounting and Financial Management.

Mr. Partridge first worked for the State of Arizona and then consulted for several years for major clients in the Phoenix area, including Intel, Honeywell, Motorola, Wells Fargo and others. The projects that Mr. Partridge has worked on, and is currently working on include state-wide, national, and international enterprise applications accessing large SQL databases including DB2, MS SQL Server, and Oracle using C++, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, and Internet technologies.
